Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years work experience.
• Should fully commit to this role, (meaning not accepting other contracting work during the business hour) IST standard work hour to be expected, 8 hour daily, 5 days a week. Flexible work arrangements
• Must be hands-on in active project currently, cooperate hired candidates preferred over free lancers.

Technical requirement:

• C# .NET, WPF skill is must-have, at least 5 years of exposure to WPF with at least 3 years hands-on experience
• IKM test (standard + WPF), prefer the test conducted on-prem to avoid cheating, 90%+ indicate potential suitable candidate for senior developer, or 80% for intermediate developer
• Prefer candidates who work on customer facing GUI, in contrast to internal facing GUI.
• Hands on experience with Entity Framework is must-have. At least 3 years exposure.

Frontend and Fullstack

• Experience with TSQL script. (SQL statements Select / Update / Delete / Merge, Control flow in SQL)
• Experience with SQL Server, such as Stored Function / Stored Procedure / Table / View / Synonym / Index

Soft-skill requirement:

• Understand Software Development Lifecycle and at least one form of Agile collaboration methodology.

Good communicator:

Able to state a matter fluently, answer a complex question in a concise but structured way.

• E.g. Please state your role and responsibility in your current project.
• E.g. Please describe the product in your current project, and how customers use the product.

Good problem-solver:

• Able to utilize all accessible resources and clues to formulate a problem-solving plan and find solution.
• To know this, ask for a recent example of solving a complex product or customer problem, including what was the problem, what was the information and resource available, what execution plan was followed, and how it lead to the solution.
